I was going to wait to write a pregnancy post until a week from now after my 23 week appointment, but I’ve got thoughts so I decided I’d write them down now instead. I’ve been lucky to have obtained maternity clothes from three different people which has allowed me to minimize my clothing purchases while pregnant. Normally I am not really into dresses. BOY! We had our appointment on Monday morning and promptly went in to the ultrasound room right away. The tech asked if we wanted to know the sex, which of course we did, and while Chris had full view of the screen the tech did a few measurements and then asked what we thought it was. The Backstory: Chris and I aren’t ‘old’ but we’re not spring chickens either. We finally decided that we should leap into this parenthood adventure after many years of putting it off.
